1 tsp. of ginger, ground

1 tsp. of cayenne pepper

1 tsp. of kosher salt

1 tsp. of turmeric

1 tsp. of paprika

Instructions:

Whisk all the ingredients in a small-sized bowl, blending well. You can make the blend 2 weeks before you need it. After you use it to bring your chicken’s taste alive, store it at normal room temperature in a dry place for up to 6 months.

Thanksgiving and Christmas meals are more festive when you make your own pumpkin pie spice. It’s very easy to prepare, with just 4 ingredients and about 5 minutes. You may have the ingredients in a cabinet already; preparing the recipe simply means putting them all together.
